• National and Global company experience gained in Business Transformation, Contact Centre, Shared Service, and Customer Service Re-engineering programmes
• Undertaking Commercial Management roles in an International Manufacturing firm prior to Consulting career
• Extensive Stakeholder Management experience including strong presentation skills communicating complex solutions to directors, managers and steering committees
• Member of the Institute of IT Training
