    • Collision Prevention by identifying potential conflicts early
    • Introduction of SAP Solution Manager and SAP System Landscape Directory as configuration management and documentation tools.
  • Change Request Management
    • End to end workflow for managing change and development requests in a customer organization
    • Approval process including demand consolidation, priorization, categorization and scheduling of changes
    • Business impact analysis by technical and business criteria, enabling Change Advisory Boards to accurately assess the effect changes will have on existing business processes
    • Introduction of Change Request Management in SAP Solution Manager as a tool
