CRM Certification

The certification test SAP Certified Application Associate – CRM Foundation with mySAP CRM 2007 verifies the basic knowledge in the area of the SAP Customer Relationship Management. This certificate proves that the candidate has a basic overall understanding within this consultant profile of the CRM solution, and can implement this knowledge practically in projects under guidance of an experienced consultant. This certificate is the ideal prerequisite for the qualification to CRM Application Associate in any of the specialist areas. It is recommended as an entry-level qualification to allow consultants to get acquainted with the fundamentals of CRM. After a period of several months of real experience, the CRM consultant will then enter the CRM Application Associate exam in one of the specialist areas.

Please note that the CR100 training course includes the CRM Fundamentals exam which will be held in the afternoon of the final day of the course.  Delegates will only be eligible for the exam to be included in the CR100 training course fee if they have attended the SAPCRM and CR100 courses at release 5.0 or 6.0 in the UK as part of the public scheduled curriculum.  Training delegates can sit the exam on the CR100 but it will be subject to the standard examination fee, which will need to paid prior to sitting the exam.
