Value to customer	High. Impact measured by market perception of product or service, added value, compliance with existing solutions, and fulfillment of customer needs
Business plan	Required. Developed and agreed upon by partner and local training manager
Service-level agreement	Negotiated and agreed to by the partner and the local training manager
Joint development of new opportunities	Optional. Includes development of innovative products and services to enter new markets
Expertise in SAP solutions, tools, and methodologies	Optional. Both SAP- and education-specific
Proven track record as SAP partner	Optional. In some cases, a proven track record in the specialization that forms the basis of the partnership can be substituted
Key reference customers	At least three. In some cases, a proven track record in the specialization that forms the basis of the partnership can be substituted
Employee education in SAP skills	Required

Number of certified instructors	Country-specific. Determined by courses delivered for SAP. All instructors must be certified in relevant solution area

Compliance with SAP quality standards	Required. For example, technical infrastructure
