Virtual Live Classroom Training
You will need to ensure you have verified the following technical pre-requisites at least three days prior to your participation in a virtual live classroom course. SAP Education has provided you with a detailed document describing the required technical checks: VLC – participant guide.
Virtual live classroom training uses two main technical components:
- SAP Adobe Connect Version 7 as presentation and audio-conferencing platform
- Windows Terminal Server/Citrix Secure Gateway for access to the SAP Education training system
Prior to the virtual live classroom training, you will receive a meeting room URL to access the SAP Adobe Connect web-conferencing platform. Additionally, you will be provided with audio-conferencing telephone numbers. The audio-conferencing portion of the meeting is normally activated once you enter the web-conferencing meeting. It is possible to either dial-in through a telephone number and PIN provided to you by SAP Education or to use the SAP Adobe Connect dial-out feature by which you can be called back on a phone number of your choosing. Please note that both dial-in options are subject to availability and you will be informed by SAP Education accordingly.
You will receive an e-mail reminding you of the required software downloads and activities to be carried out before the start of their virtual live course. It is the responsibility of each registered student to plan time for and complete all required software installation and other outlined activities prior to the start of the class.
