Specific clauses for Customer Specific Courses
(ref. to our General Terms & Conditions)

SAP on-site classes can be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting Education.belgium@sap.com. The following on-site or customer specific class cancellation and rescheduling fee schedule applies:

Date of cancellation or rescheduling request (measured from first day of the class)	Applicable fees
15 or more business days	no charge
6 - 14 business days	50% of the total class fee
5 or fewer business days	75% of the total class fee

The total class fee for on-site or customer specific classes is calculated based upon the projected total price for the class.

Payment of cancellation and rescheduling charges

All cancellation and rescheduling fees will be charged to the customer via SAP Preferred Cards or approved purchase orders consistent with the payment method provided by the customer at the time of registering for or scheduling the training event. Cancellation charges will be applied to the SAP Preferred Card without premium.

Credit Policy

Feedback on SAP courses is very important to SAP. In the unlikely event a student is extremely dissatisfied with a course, please provide SAP with written notice (in a form other than the post course survey) of and details regarding such dissatisfaction, within seven (7) business days of completion of the applicable course. Please address correspondence to Education.belgium@sap.com. After receiving such notice, SAP may, in its sole discretion, determine if any remedy (such as a credit) is appropriate. SAP will not consider a possible remedy if such notice not received within the seven (7) business days set forth above.

Recording policy

SAP strictly prohibits the taping or digital recording and broadcasting of audio or video of our education events

Intellectual property rights

All rights reserved. Neither the course material of any course nor any part of it may be copied or reproduced in any form or by any means, nor translated into another language, without prior written consent of SAP Education.

No other organization may use SAP educational material or any part of this material during any form of training Course, seminar, workshop or any other type of education or presentation organized without prior written consent of SAP Education and without paying any license fee.
