To register for a training course online, visit SAP Education Portal and search for your course by country.

Alternatively, use the course search finder on SAP.com and once you have found the course and date you wish to register for, simply book online.

Please note: We recommend registration a minimum of 2 working days prior to the event to ensure materials will be available for the beginning of the course. Should registration be received less than 2 days prior, there could be a delay in course materials being available for start of the course.

What to expect after you have faxed, phoned or submitted your registration online:

1. Please allow one working day to receive Registration Acknowledgement from SAP Education by email.
2. You will then receive Registration Confirmation when the course is confirmed. Courses are confirmed when they reach the minimum number of registrations required. You will receive registration confirmation by email approximately two weeks prior to the course commencement date.
3. Invoices are raised at time of course confirmation, please note payment of invoice is required prior to course commencement.
4. If your course is not confirmed, it will be either post-poned or cancelled, you will be notified by email accordingly.

Discounts

Early Bird Discount

• Save 10% when your registration is received for a public course 4 weeks (20 working days) prior to the course commencement date.
• Save 5% when your registration is received for a public course 3 weeks (15 working days) prior to the course commencement date.

All Early Bird registrations must be accompanied by credit card details as payment must be made prior to course commencement to receive applicable discounts.

Group Registration Discount (on the same public course)

• Register four people from the same company on the same public course, and receive a 50% discount off the full course fee for the fourth registration.
• Early Bird discounts still apply to the other three registrations.
• No further discount may be applied to the fourth booking.
• Payment must be received prior to course commencement date.

Accumulative discounts (i.e. SAP Preferred Card, Early Bird Discount, Group Discounts, Global Customer Discounts and Special Offers) that SAP Australia Pty Ltd offers on course registrations are collectively capped at 25%.

SAP reserves the right to change our discount structures listed on our website and any other fees at any time. However, we will attempt to give fair notice on price changes whenever possible.
